Do you need help finding an affordable apartment? Construct can help you find affordable rents in the private rental market or help you apply for public housing and long- term rental assistance.

Are you about to lose your housing? Construct can help you understand your tenant rights if an eviction threatens, or the foreclosure process if you are a homeowner. Construct can also advocate for you and offer referrals to resources that will help you remain in your current housing. Construct may be able to offer emergency financial assistance to help pay rent, mortgage or utility bills.

Do you want to improve your job opportunities? Set up a meeting with the Construct Job Coach. Sign up for our adult education classes and work toward a GED. Find out how you can go on to higher education or job training.

Are you having trouble making ends meet and falling behind a little more each month? Come in for budget and debt management. Construct may be able to help you find ways to stretch your budget and pay down debt.

Do you suddenly find yourself without any source of income and don’t know where to find help? Construct can help with the difficult application processes for transitional assistance, food stamps or social security disability.

Have you lost your housing and have no place go? You may be eligible for temporary room and board and support services while you make the transition from homelessness to permanent housing

Are you chronically homeless with a serious disability? Construct may be able to find you housing, with support services that can help keep you stable in your rental room or apartment
