Our Properties

Homelessness cannot be prevented without an adequate supply of safe, decent, affordable and stable housing.

Construct Inc. staff and volunteers create a secure and caring environment that enables successful transitions into permanent affordable housing.

To help with that transition, we have acquired and renovated a range of houses and properties that serve the fifteen towns of south Berkshire County. Staff and volunteers manage our houses and buildings.

We are actively engaged in developing more affordable housing around the region.

In Great Barrington, Lee, and Stockbridge, Construct currently owns and manages:

• (10) 1-BR units of transitional housing, Great Barrington

• (13) units of permanent supportive housing at 2 sites, Great Barrington

• (23) mixed units in 3 projects located inGreat Barrington

• (4) 2-BR units, Lee

• (30) mixed units Stockbridge, Pine Woods Affordable Housing Initiative

Plans are currently in the works to add (10) additional mixed units in South County
